- Counsel clients on market conditions and prices
- Create listings for real estate sale and lease properties, with information location, features, square footage, and descriptions
- Show properties to potential buyers and renters
- Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers
- Prepare contracts, purchase agreements, rental agreements, and other documents for each real estate transactions.
